Reliability Analysis on Aircraft Equipment base on FMEC metode

I would like to share my writing about reliability analysis on logging equipment based on the FMEC method (Failure mode, Effect and Critically Analysis)

Reliability on aircraft equipment is very important for aircraft during flight because the performance of aircraft products can directly affect flight safety . In making parts work normally, FMECA is applied to analyze its reliability and increase the operating reliability of the product. Through the mathematical reliability model, the average operating time is estimated based on the probability of failure of all electrical components. Referring to the FMECA reliability theory process, all types of failure modes, causes, and effects of the product can be fully determined. By comparing the data shown, the analysis method is taken from the materials, accents and treatment operations that have been distinguished. FMECA is a method for analyzing the reliability of equipment and maintaining good performance equipment. The results show that the application of the FMECA method can analyze the reliability more deeply and improve the reliability of the equipment operations. Therefore this will provide a theoretical basis and concrete actions for product maintenance to increase the reliability of product operations. FMECA is feasible and effective to improve the operational reliability of all aircraft equipment.
